We wanted to expand our existing deck, so we went searching for contractor options to consider. After reviewing the web-site and “Customer feedback” regarding their satisfaction with Mike Yannuzzi’s work, we had to include him in our search & selection process. Ultimately, we selected Mike & his team to do the work. After working with Mike and his team, and seeing the finished product, we are very glad we contracted with Mike. Very well constructed, and looks exactly like the plans. There also was never a question or concern expressed by our Township Building Inspectors, they approved everything from start to finish. We would strongly recommend his engagement if you want a quality build, that also looks great.

After seeing three other decks that had been installed by Mike Yannuzzi we made the easy decision of having him install our deck in 2008. Mike made several trips to the house explaining the different materials available to my wife and I. He also made several recommendations as to the layout of the deck and the roof over our basement walkout. We then decided on Azek decking. The materials were ordered and delivered to the house and the work began within days of the scheduled start date and job was completed on time and as promised. With minimal maintenance the deck looks new to this day almost four years later.

Mike’s workmanship and attention to detail is second to none and we would gladly use him for future projects.

Yannuzzi & Sons completed a 800 square feet deck project in September 2010. The deck was constructed usingFibreon Horizon material with Timber Tech rails and treated lumber for all frame work. The deck has to levels including stairs with platform. Additionally, the landscape under the deck was completed using 1-3 inch Hudson Valley stone and 3/8 inch blue stone. The deck also included a trestle and bench suitable for the design.

Yannuzzi and Sons provided a good design based on our input, and were very flexible in their approach and suggesting ideas. They worked very hard inspite of weather related issues and trying their best to complete the project in time. Most important fact to note is theirattention to detail besides beingvery honest andsincere. We find their team is very dependable and professional in dealing with us throughout the project tenure. Lastly, the Freehold Township inspector made a notation on the final approval that said, “Good Looking Deck”.
